Email updates aren’t active yet. For waitlist membership we retain your email. The form also processes optional answers transiently and stores hashed-IP abuse counters; see the privacy draft.
For waitlist membership, we retain your email, creation/expiry dates and an unconfirmed status for a future double opt-in flow. We use it for future Plus and open source updates; email sending is currently off. Email, optional learning goals and roles are transmitted to our server for validation. Goals and roles are processed transiently and discarded, without being written to our database. No analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or third-party CDNs are loaded.
Cloudflare hosts the site and database and processes connection information to deliver and protect the service. Abuse prevention uses a hashed IP counter with a 10-minute window. A scheduled cleanup runs every 10 minutes, including when the site is idle, so counters normally disappear within 20 minutes. Collection pauses if cleanup health is stale. We don’t log form bodies or sell your email. Contact [email protected] to request earlier deletion. We verify control of your email before an owner deletes the entry. Waitlist data is retained for a maximum of 12 months; live records are targeted for deletion after 350 days, leaving room for Cloudflare Free’s recovery history of up to seven days. Recovery copies may contain deleted data during that period. Cleanup failures can delay physical deletion and require owner intervention. Collection remains closed until routing, privacy review and operational launch checks are complete.
