Privacy policy
Effective 3 November 2026 · Website interest list
This policy covers the Morrowdock website interest list, operated as part of the Morrowdock project. It does not describe a future app or hosted Plus service. Contact: hello@morrowdock.app.
What we collect
The form asks only for your email. We store its normalized address, the entry’s creation and expiry dates, and confirmation state. We do not collect study materials, AI keys, learning goals or roles through this form.
For abuse prevention, we process your connection IP and store a hash of it combined with a short time window, a request count and an expiry time. App code does not log form bodies or store the raw IP.
Why we collect it
Joining records interest in future Plus and open-source updates. It is free and does not promise access, a launch date or a purchase. Email updates and confirmation sending are not active yet. We do not sell your email or use advertising trackers.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the website, request processing and database and processes connection information to deliver and protect the service. Our website loads no third-party analytics, external fonts or advertising scripts. Cloudflare may process infrastructure diagnostics under its own policies.
If you email us, our email-routing and mailbox services process that correspondence so we can respond and verify requests. Do not include private study materials or an AI key.
Retention
Waitlist entries have a maximum retention period of 12 months. Live entries are targeted for automatic deletion after 350 days, allowing room for Cloudflare Free’s recovery copies of up to seven days. Rejoining an existing entry does not extend its original expiry.
Scheduled cleanup runs every ten minutes. Hashed-IP counters use a ten-minute window and normally disappear within twenty minutes. Cleanup failures can delay physical deletion and require operator intervention; new collection pauses if cleanup health is stale.
Recovery copies can contain deleted data for up to seven days. They are not used for routine access or updates. If a database is restored, expiry cleanup and verified deletion requests must be reapplied before collection reopens. We do not create extra waitlist exports or backups.
Delete your entry
Email hello@morrowdock.app from the address you joined with. The operator verifies control of that mailbox before manually deleting the matching entry and its confirmation data. This is a handled request, not an instant automatic-deletion link. We acknowledge primary-database deletion after verifying it; recovery copies may remain for the period above.
Deletion correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and replay it through the recovery window, then the operational copy is removed. You can also contact us to correct your address or ask about the information we hold.
Contact and changes
The public contact for the Morrowdock project is hello@morrowdock.app. Material changes will be dated on this page. Separate app or hosted-service terms will be published before those services open.
